1.0 Overview

The Swing Lab is aiming to create a clear, measurable path from awareness to trial to recurring bookings and memberships. You already have a working tech stack and a Squarespace website in place, which gives us a strong foundation to build on.

What This Proposal Includes:

This proposal outlines how TurnerX Solutions will:

Optimize the existing Squarespace site for conversions and clarity
Implement on-page SEO fundamentals to support organic visibility
Configure and align Google Analytics and key tracking so you can see what’s working
Do all of this under a clear hourly structure at $35 USD/hour with an agreed range of hours

The goal is to make the website and tracking infrastructure support the broader strategy and SOW defined for The Swing Lab.

2.0 Project Objectives

The primary goals of this engagement are:

Increase conversions from site visitors into trials, bookings, and memberships.

Improve clarity and structure of the Squarespace site so the core offers and paths are obvious.

Implement foundational SEO so The Swing Lab can be discovered more easily through organic search.

Establish reliable tracking via Google Analytics and key events so future campaigns and decisions are data-driven.

3.0 Scope of Work

3.1 Website & UX Optimization (Squarespace)

Review current site structure, navigation, and page flow.
Refine layout and content on key pages (e.g., home, offerings, booking, membership/packaged services) to:
- Highlight The Swing Lab’s core value propositions and offers
- Make calls-to-action (book, schedule, contact, join, etc.) clear and prominent
Recommend and implement adjustments within Squarespace to reduce friction and improve the user journey.

Deliverables: Updated page structure/layout on agreed core pages, clear action-oriented CTAs, short summary of key changes and rationale.

3.2 On-Page SEO & Basic Technical Cleanup

Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, and header structures (H1, H2, etc.) for core pages.
Improve internal linking where appropriate to support navigation and SEO.
Address basic technical SEO items within Squarespace’s capabilities, such as: URL slugs and image alt text.

Deliverables: On-page SEO updates for agreed core pages, brief list of additional SEO opportunities or limitations based on the current setup.

3.3 Analytics & Tracking Implementation

Configure or clean up Google Analytics for The Swing Lab’s Squarespace site.
Define and implement key conversion events, such as: Booking completions, Form submissions, and key button clicks.
Validate that tracking is functioning correctly and data is flowing as expected.

Deliverables: Working Google Analytics implementation, configured key events/conversions, simple reference outlining what is being tracked.

3.4 Review, Coordination & Refinements

Walk through the changes and tracking setup with you.
Gather feedback and implement one round of refinements on site content/layout and tracking definitions.
Align on priorities and next steps for future campaigns and ongoing optimization.

Deliverables: One review session, one round of refinements based on feedback, short summary of recommended next steps.

4.0 Project Timeline

Assuming timely access and approvals, the initial optimization phase can be completed approximately within 2–4 weeks, depending on scheduling and feedback turnaround. This includes implementation, review, and one round of refinements.

*Total Estimated Range: 18–24 hours. Duration is dependent on Client feedback cycles.

5.0 Proposed Investment

Hourly Rate: $35 USD/hour

Total Estimated Cost Range: $630 – $840 USD

These are estimates based on typical scope for an existing Squarespace site. If the work will materially exceed the 18–24 hour range, we will flag it early to adjust scope or agree on an updated hour range before proceeding.
For any additional work beyond this scope (e.g., new pages, advanced SEO, or campaign management), the same $35/hour rate will apply, with a separate estimate agreed in advance.

6.0 Key Assumptions & Dependencies

This proposal assumes:

The existing tech stack and Squarespace site are already active and accessible.
You will provide access to the Squarespace site and access/permission to configure the Google Analytics property.
Timely feedback and approvals on content and layout changes are provided to stay within the 2–4 week timeframe.
Work is limited to the agreed core pages and scope described in Section 3.0.
Any additional requests outside this scope can be added as separate work under the same hourly rate, with a mutually agreed estimate.

7.0 Acceptance & Next Steps

If this proposal aligns with your expectations, the next steps are:

Approval: Confirm acceptance of this proposal, the $35/hour rate, and the 18–24 hour initial estimate range.
Access: Provide necessary access to Squarespace and Google Analytics.
Kickoff: Schedule a brief kickoff to confirm priority pages and any non-negotiables from your SOW.

Once approved and access is granted, TurnerX Solutions will begin work on the initial optimization phase.
